Education & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education Counseling Psychology Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Professional certification in counseling education or admissions (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
Minimum 24 years of experience in university admissions academic counseling or student advisory roles.
Proven experience working with international education systems (UK US Canada Australia or UAE).
Experience handling student applications admissions processes and visa requirements.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of university admission requirements application timelines and documentation.
Knowledge of international university systems standardized tests (IELTS TOEFL SAT etc.) and equivalency processes.
Familiarity with UAE education authorities (ADEK KHDA MOE) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems (SMS/CRM).
