Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent communication skills and a proven track record in presales activities. This role involves working closely with sales engineering and product teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients across both markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the UAE and KSA.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with client needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in both markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales role preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing telecom and connectivity and software engineering products.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with solutions and services.
- Knowledge of the UAE and KSA markets and business landscapes.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
