ملخص الوظيفة
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare review and coordinate the submission of joinery drawings ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and coordinate polystyrene layout drawings for site installations.
- Oversee and manage the movement joint package to ensure alignment with structural and architectural requirements.
- Handle technical documentation and resubmissions related to elevator installations.
- Prepare drawings for Field Change Requests (FCR) and Requests for Information (RFI) to support project .
- Coordinate and manage Siemens exposed conduits across the project site.
- Develop layouts and ensure proper coordination for core wall exposed conduits.
- Assist with blockwork and elevation overlay exercises in workshops to ensure accuracy and constructability.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- Prior experience in a contracting company within the GCC is mandatory ideally in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit (preferred) and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong capability to handle coordination between multiple disciplines including MEP structural and architectural teams.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies technical submittals and local regulations.
- Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
