JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee facade installation activities ensuring alignment with project drawings specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and progress.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols onsite to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address noncompliance issues immediately.
- Monitor daily activities and progress preparing regular reports on project status.
- Ensure resources materials and tools are available to meet project schedules.
- Liaise with architects engineers and consultants for design clarifications and technical solutions.
- Address client concerns and provide updates as required.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facade Site Supervisor in the UAE.
- Proven track record of working on largescale projects.
- Background experience from contracting companies in the middle east.
- Indepth knowledge of facade systems materials and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be locally available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
