Responsibilities:

The conversion engineer is in charge of the installation of topsides in the framework of the conversion of a LNG carrier into a permanent storage vessel. The work under is responsibility includes but not limited to:

o Installation of a new Boil of Gas Compressor Module 1700 tons)

o Installation of a new Ehouse with frecuency converters transformers HV&LV swichgears

o Installation of new manifold for LNG import export

o Upgrade of the automation system

Adhere company safety policy and actively participate in creating safe working environment at all time

Coordinate detailed engineering activities from Contractor with Project Engineering Manager and disciplines Leads: ie preparing scope of works commenting documents etc.

Make the Interface with Package Managers / Modules Construction Manager / Disciplines Lead (Structure elec E&I etc..

Involved in technical review of subcontractors

Review and update Vessel and engineering documentation (P&ID OIM manuals safety studies mooring and installation procedures)

Interface with Class and ensure compliance with Class rules for new equipment
