We are hiring a meticulous Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle the commercial and contractual aspects of interior fitout projects. The role requires excellent costing estimation and BOQ preparation skills with UAE market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate BOQs cost estimates and rate analyses for interior fitout works.
Evaluate tender documents drawings and scope of works.
Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractor invoices.
Track project costs variations and prepare interim/final payment applications.
Coordinate with procurement design and project teams for timely resource planning.
Assist in value engineering and costsaving strategies.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
2 3 years UAE experience in interior fitout QS.
Proficient in Excel AutoCAD and estimation software.
Familiarity with joinery finishes and material pricing in UAE.
Detailoriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
