Our Client a Leading Multinational Insurance company is looking to hire a Lead Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital platforms includingwebsites mobile apps and web portals. This role underscores the importance ofdigital presence and engagement within contemporary organizational frameworks.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for strategizing implementing andoptimizing the organizations presence across various digital channels. Yourprimary duties will include:

  • Channel Oversight: Manage and oversee all digital channelsincluding websites mobile apps and web portals ensuring they align with theorganizations objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital channelstrategies to enhance visibility engagement and conversion rates.
  • Content Management: Coordinate the creation editing andpublishing of highquality digital content that resonates with the targetaudience and enhances user experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channelperformance using analytics tools to identify trends optimize strategies andmaximize ROI.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including marketing IT and design to align digitalchannel activities with overall organizational goals.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve userexperience across digital channels by implementing best practices andleveraging user feedback.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for digitalchannel activities ensuring efficient allocation and costeffectivestrategies.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industrystandards data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices acrossdigital channels.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Digital MarketingCommunications or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing channel managementor related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digitalanalytics tools.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and projectmanagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment andmanage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to document user story use cases diagram systems& business processes.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge ofArabic language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical problem solving anddecisionmaking skills.
  • Strong level of customer service orientation andprofessionalism in all interactions
  • Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high qualityof work.
  • Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
