Job Description

Purchaser(Drilling rigs)

Responsibilities

Procurement activities (mainly for General services) as per usual Oil&Gas process

Preparation of bidders list (the purchaser must know Vendors)

Vendor prequalification (compliance & due diligence process)

Preparation and follow up of a call for tender

Purchase Order issuance in SAP

Follow up of each step in organized and tidy Excel spreadsheets

Filing of all RFQ documents on the server in the right folders with the right numbering & hierarchy

Mastering SAP

PO issuance

SES issuance

GR issuance

CAOF issuance

Versatality:

RFQ and commercial negotiations for general services subcontracts and Purchase Orders (car rental hotels IT stationaries etc)

RFQ and commercial negotiations for Oil&Gas related equipment (PPE freight forwarders agencys fittings etc.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Minimum 8 years experience in purchasing role with focus on Jack up rigs.
