Your new role

This is a very senior head-office-based QA/QC leadership role with responsibility for defining governing and continuously improving quality systems across all construction projects. The role sits at enterprise level and acts as the central authority on QA/QC ensuring consistent standards compliance and risk management as the project portfolio grows.

The position requires maturity strong judgement and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced high-accountability environment where systems are still being built.

What you will own from day one

From day one you will own the QA/QC framework across the organization with a clear mandate to standardize strengthen and scale quality governance in line with business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing QA/QC policies procedures and standards across all projects
• Leading audits inspections and compliance reviews
• Overseeing non-conformance management and corrective actions
• Leading and mentoring QA/QC Managers and teams across sites
• Liaising with senior leadership clients consultants and authorities on quality matters
• Reporting quality performance risks and trends at enterprise level
• Driving continuous improvement and quality system maturity

Your day-to-day reality

Your time will be split between head office oversight and regular site engagement. You will review quality reports and audits support and challenge site QA/QC teams meet with project leadership to address risks and refine systems and processes as the organization evolves. The role balances strategic quality leadership with hands-on involvement where it matters most.

What you bring

This role is suited to a long-tenured QA/QC leader who is comfortable operating at enterprise level while remaining connected to site realities.

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Extensive QA/QC experience within contracting companies including senior HQ-level responsibility
• Strong recent experience in residential building projects (villas medium- and high-rise)
• Solid UAE / GCC experience with recent years spent in the UAE
• Background with tier-one contractors
• Deep knowledge of QA/QC standards regulatory requirements and quality governance
• Proven people leadership experience including managing QA/QC Managers
• Fluent professional English; Arabic is an advantage

Experience with ISO-based quality systems audits and digital QA/QC tools is considered a plus.
