ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
Handle approvals with DM DDA Trakhees Civil Defence and other UAE authorities
Prepare and submit drawings documents and NOCs
Coordinate revisions inspections and authority comments
Review architectural & MEP drawings for compliance
Maintain approval records and follow up to ensure timely clearance
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil/Architectural/MEP Engineering
SOE Card required
25 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out approvals
Strong knowledge of UAE authority portals and regulations
Good communication and AutoCAD skills
