This role will bring to lifeinteractive bespoke dashboardsthat supportcritical decision-makingwhile embracingadvanced customization and design excellence. Youll work with analysts strategists and designers to translate complex business needs into technically performant and visually distinctive Tableau experiencesoften within broaderservice design and digital transformation engagements.

Core Responsibilities

• Gather and shape requirementsthrough structured engagements: workshops stakeholder interviews journey and service-blueprint inputs and transformation programs

• Develophigh-performance Tableau dashboardsusing: LODs LOD awareness calculated fields parameters LODs APIs embedding data source optimization extensions interactive controls and custom theming

• Translate complex ambiguous briefsinto clear build specifications advising on chart types interactivity design parameters and technical feasibility

• Partner directly withData Analysts and Data Visualization Designersto define dashboard logic performance constraints build parameters and UI execution

• Work acrossProduct Owners Strategists CX Leads and technical teamsto align on vision scope and delivery priorities

• Manage multiple stakeholdersand expectations building consensus and shipping work in fast-moving enterprise environments

• Supportdata product deliverywithin CMS/CX ecosystems by enabling dashboard embedding personalization hooks and platform integrations

Required Skills

• Tableau Platform Expertise:Dashboard and data-source architecture LOD expressions (LODs) parameters APIs embedding extensions interactive controls custom design and theming

• Requirements & Brief Translation:Skilled in gathering requirements structuring complex briefs and defining actionable build parameters

• Data Proficiency:Strong SQL data modeling fundamentals enterprise data systems integration

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:Experience with cross-functional collaboration senior stakeholder alignment and navigating competing priorities

• Design-Engineering Mindset:Ability to work with designers to advise on dashboard build logic interaction constraints and UI execution

Nice-to-Have

• Delivery experience inenterprise transformation service design discovery or CX modernization programs

• Familiarity withSalesforce and/or Sitecore ecosystemsfor embedding or composable CX use cases
