Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations ensuring effective management of livestock fruits and vegetables while maintaining strong communication with corporate managers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including livestock care crop planting irrigation and harvesting.
- Monitor farm operations to ensure productivity efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- Send regular progress reports and updates to corporate managers ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain basic records of farm activities including livestock health crop growth and resource usage.
- Train and guide farm workers to improve skills productivity and adherence to farm practices.
- Ensure proper use of equipment resources and materials to maximize efficiency.
- Build rapport with managers and team members maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and environmental standards across farm operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Agriculture Animal Science Horticulture or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar role managing livestock fruits or vegetable cultivation.
- Strong understanding of farm operations including animal husbandry and crop management.
- Ability to manage and motivate farm workers to achieve productivity goals.
- Good written communication skills with the ability to draft basic work-related emails and reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and long-term interest in growing with the company.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
