ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives daily operations and special projects

Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering project management procurement and operations

Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership teamensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities

Prepare high-impact presentations reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
-
Analyze data from project sites budgets and operations to inform business decisions
-
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
-
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient execution
-
Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives
-
Represent the leadership team in meetings follow up on action items and ensure timely completion

Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadership
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAE
-
Proven experience in project coordination executive support or strategic planning roles
-
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations compliance and local market dynamics
-
Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and reporting software
-
UAE driving license is a plus
