Ontime Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive for our Homecare division. This role is critical in ensuring our homecare operations run smoothly and effectively while providing high-quality care services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Homecare services
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in service delivery
- Oversee staffing needs including recruitment training and scheduling of homecare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients families and healthcare providers
- Monitor service delivery metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure continuous service quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team adheres to evolving regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations management specifically in homecare
- In-depth knowledge of homecare operations and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
- Competency in using Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare software
