Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on contract opportunities within the mattress industry.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and distributors.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies with business objectives.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales management with a strong focus on contract sales in the mattress or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing B2B sales cycles and contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership skills with a passion for developing and guiding a sales team.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Male.
- 35 to 45 years of age.
- Lebanese or Indian national.
