As the Marketing Manager at Wall Street English you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and overseeing all marketing activities across the country. Reporting directly to the General Manager your role focuses on increasing brand visibility generating high-quality leads supporting student acquisition and ensuring alignment with the companys growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement online (SEO SEM inbound marketing content creation lead nurturing PR brand reputation) and offline (site marketing events partnerships promotions) strategies.
Plan and execute monthly quarterly and yearly marketing campaigns to drive enrollments and meet business KPIs.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs campaign ROI and lead conversion rates for continuous optimization.
Manage marketing budgets track expenditures and ensure maximum return on investment.
Oversee social media channels website content and blogs to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Build and manage partnerships with local organizations agencies and media outlets to expand reach.
Adapt and localize global Wall Street English campaigns for the Dubai market.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion objectives are met.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in marketing roles preferably within international organizations or agencies managing global clients.
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and improve performance metrics.
- Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate about building a premium education brand in Dubai.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
