Job Title: Administrative Specialist with CRM Expertise and Receptionist Duties
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks office operations and receptionist duties.
- Utilize CRM software(e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to organize and maintain customer data.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.
- Manage the front desk including answering phones directing inquiries and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Support the team with relevant administrative duties.
- Supports HR department and Accounts Dept.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
- Immediate joinee
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in receptionist duties is a plus.
- Age: 30 years old or above.
