We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Events team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals. As a key member of our creative team you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums managing design projects and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Create and execute compelling visual designs for print digital and outdoor media
Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
Conceptualize and produce new logos advertisements and artworks for projects and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
Manage design projects from concept to completion adhering to timelines and quality standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies implementing innovative solutions
Archive and organize all design assets including photos logos and collateral materials
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts
Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
8-10 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and events
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Adobe Flash
Strong animation and motion graphics skills
Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic both verbal and written
Excellent project management abilities including time management and prioritization
Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Experience in designing for various media including print digital and outdoor advertising
Knowledge of UAE culture and design preferences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence
Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the field

Additional Information :

This role is based in Abu Dhabi at HQ.
