Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our team within the Hospital & Health Care industry. This vital role requires a professional dedicated to enhancing the safety and security of our healthcare environment. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment ensuring the integrity of our premises and responding promptly to any potential security threats or incidents. Effective communication and a keen eye for detail are crucial for this position as the operator will work closely with hospital security personnel and other staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are monitored effectively.

Responsibilities

Continuously observe live CCTV footage across multiple monitors to identify irregular activities.
Respond promptly to alarms or alerts and coordinate with security personnel or emergency responders.
Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities incidents and equipment status.
Perform routine checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with hospital security and administrative teams to enhance safety measures.
Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data protection policies regarding recorded footage.
Assist in reviewing recorded footage during investigations or audits.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or surveillance preferred.
Proven experience operating CCTV or surveillance systems preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain CCTV equipment.
Excellent communication skills to report incidents clearly and effectively.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays as required.
Understanding of hospital safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
