Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the Business Supplies and Equipment industry. As a Sales Associate you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing exceptional service to our clients and effectively promoting our extensive range of products. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs provide tailored solutions and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including in-person phone and email communications.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer requirements.
Process sales orders accurately and follow up on delivery schedules.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends products and competitive landscape.
Track sales activities and report progress to management regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales preferably within the business supplies office equipment or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
