Location: Al Ghail Industrial Zone Ras Al Khaimah (RAKEZ)
Industry: Oil & Gas Fabrication Tankers Pressure Vessels Vehicle Body Manufacturing
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If Not Met)
• Valid UAE Driving License – Compulsory
• Must own a personal vehicle (petrol fully reimbursed)
• Minimum 3–7 years UAE experience in fabrication / tanker / pressure vessel / vehicle body sales
• Strong existing network with:
• EPC contractors
• Transport & logistics companies
• Industrial clients
• Willing to relocate / be based in RAK (Al Ghail Industrial Zone)
About the Role
We are hiring highly aggressive and target-driven sales professionals for our fabrication division focused on:
• Fuel Tankers & Bowsers
• Pressure Vessels & Storage Tanks
• Vehicle Body Building & Custom Fabrication
This is a pure performance role — targets start from Day 1
You are expected to generate business immediately not “learn the market”
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and close business for:
• Fuel Tankers & Refueling Units
• Pressure Vessels & Industrial Tanks
• Truck Body Fabrication & Custom Builds
• Actively approach:
• EPC contractors
• Fleet owners & transport companies
• Oil & gas service providers
• Workshops & fabrication companies
• Build a strong sales pipeline from scratch
• Conduct field visits client meetings and site inspections
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals independently
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for execution
• Identify quick-win opportunities (retrofit repair fabrication jobs)

Salary: AED 5000 – 10000 (depending on experience)

Must-haves:
• Strong experience in:
• Tanker manufacturing/fuel systems
• Pressure vessels/steel fabrication
• Vehicle body building
• Proven ability to:
Generate leads independently
Close deals fast
Work under pressure with targets
• Aggressive street-smart and execution-focused
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Existing UAE market connections BIG advantage
Working Conditions
• 6-day work week
• Highly field-oriented role
• Frequent travel across UAE industrial zones (Mussafah Jebel Ali Sharjah etc.)
Success Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Generate active pipeline within first 2 weeks
• MUST Close first deal within 30 days
• Consistently bring fabrication / tanker / body building orders
• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
