As a Social Media Spcialist youll be at the intersection of creativity and analytics crafting compelling content while measuring what moves the needle. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art and science of social media someone who can create thumb-stopping content while also interpreting the data behind it.

Your Day Might Include:

Developing platform-specific content strategies that align with brand voice
Creating and scheduling engaging posts across multiple platforms
Responding to comments and messages with authentic community management
Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for timely content
Analyzing performance metrics to refine strategy and improve results
Collaborating with designers writers and marketers to produce cohesive campaigns
Staying current with platform updates and emerging social media technologies

Requirements

What We Hope You Bring to the Table:

A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging social content
Experience managing multiple social platforms (Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook)
Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social)
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for what captures attention
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Ability to adapt quickly to platform changes and emerging trends
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
