The Services Business Line within IDEMIAs Connectivity Services Business Unit (Mobile Operators and Automotive customers) is in charge of coordinating all presales and marketing activities worldwide related to packaging and kitting services. The team is composed of 4 members located in different regions.
Profile & Other Information
Missions
- Support to sales regions management of tenders for packaging and fulfillment (80%)
- Identify and understand the customers needs in terms of packaging products and elaborate the Presales Packaging Technical Specifications (PPTS) at presales stage
- Provide some proactive suggestions in terms of product features and printing (type and quality of paper / Cardboard printing finishing.
- Manage Design on Demand services end to end packaging definition when customers have no precise packaging specifications
- Identify along with purchasing team the best packaging manufacturing plant and define the industrial setup including logistics route and terms
- Benchmark and follow up of end to end quotations (including logistics) - cooperation with manufacturing plants internal services centers and purchasing team for potential sub-contractors
- Submission of quotations cooperation with pricing teams.
- Consolidation of market data (20%) -Monthly business analysis including following reports: Budget vs. Actual KPI Volumes / sales worldwide and region. Gap analyses including investigations on root causes and plans for improvement. Consolidation of various Excel reports into one. Analysis of market context - cooperation with international sales customer service and technical teams & Reporting.
