About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Pastry Chef De Partie where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.

In this role youll thrive in a vibrant fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle Easts competitive hospitality market.

What Youll Do

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in planning menus developing new recipes and managing pastry stock.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure timely production of all pastry items especially during peak service hours.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to meet overall service requirements.
• Prepare bake and decorate pastries desserts and baked goods according to recipes and standards.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel fine dining restaurant.
• A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Baking & Pastry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques baking methods and dessert presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
