Apt Resources is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Russian Speaking Bartender at a renowned Western Style Restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic and talented Bartender who can craft exceptional cocktails while providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating inviting experiences for guests we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Mix garnish and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide a high level of customer service and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Stay informed about beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests.
- Comply with health and safety regulations regarding beverage preparation and serving.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering of supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails beers wines and spirits.
- Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
