TheSupplyChainManagerwill:

Lead procurement strategies across raw materials packaging spare parts capital machineries repair and maintenance of plant and transport vehicles and any other services.
Manageinventorylevelsimplementinventorycontrolproceduresandminimizewasteandobsolescence.
Managesupplierrelationshipsperformancereviewsandcostnegotiations.
Ensurealignmentwithcontractualtermsqualitystandardsanddeliveryschedules.
Coordinatesealandandairfreightmovementsofimporteditems.
Supervisefreightforwardingcustomsclearanceanddocumentationrequirements.
Liaisewiththird-partylogistics(3PL)providerstoensureefficientroutingandcostmanagement.
Monitorstockturnoverandreduceinventoryholdingcostswhilepreventingstock-outs.
Coordinatewithoperationsandfinanceforinventoryreconciliationandaudits.
Identifyandresolvebottlenecksinthesupplychaintoimprovecycletimesandcost-effectiveness.
Developcontingencyplansforsupplychaindisruptionsandgeopoliticalrisks.
Drivedigitaltransformationandautomationofsupplychainprocesses.
Ensurealllogisticsandprocurementactivitiescomplywithlocalandinternationaltradelaws.
Maintainaccuratedocumentationforauditsinsuranceclaimsandinternalreporting.
TrackKPIsacrossdeliverytimelinescostsavingsandsupplierperformance.

AcademicCompetences:

BachelorsdegreeinSupplyChainLogisticsBusinessorEngineering;Masterspreferred.
CertificationssuchasCSCPCPMorSixSigmaareanadvantage.
StrongunderstandingofIncotermstradecomplianceandinternationallogistics.
ProficiencyinERPsystems()andsupplychainsoftware/tools.

8-12 years of progressive experience in supply chain logistics or procurement with 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
Experienceincommoditytradingmanufacturingshippingorindustrialsectorspreferred.
Priorexposuretomulti-countryoperationsandcross-borderregulatoryenvironments.

Skills:

ProficiencyinMSOfficeSuiteandfamiliaritywithindustryplatformsandcharteringtools.
