Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first approach in all interactions.
Keep prospects informed about offers promotions or additional product benefits.
Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams.
3. Reporting & CRM Management
Accurately document all lead interactions outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Maintain a well-organized lead pipeline with updated statuses and notes.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal tracking and management review.
Identify patterns from call responses to support improvement in campaign strategies.
4. Training Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Attend team meetings feedback sessions and knowledge-sharing calls.
Stay updated with market trends to refine pitch strategies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience in tele sales customer support or a similar role
- Comfortable with cold calling and remote tools (Zoho CRM & Books)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

2. Requirements and Qualifications 2.1. Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field, in Robotics, along with exposure towards Robotics projects is preferred, but not a must. 2.2.
