- Conduct cold calls client visits and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets for recyclables and waste management contracts.
- Act as an ambassador of the company maintaining strong client relationships.
- Gather market intelligence competitor insights and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal service/support teams to deliver contract requirements.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and internal policies.

Required Skills:
Qualifications & Experience - 3 years of experience in waste management services in the UAE/Middle East (preferred). - Any bachelors degree. Technical Skills - Strong background in commercial sales BD and key account management. - Knowledge of the waste management industry and market dynamics. - CRM proficiency valid UAE driving license Core Competencies - Interpersonal savvy - Strategic agility - Results-driven - Collaborative mindset
