About Us:
ELE Interiors is a friendly boutique interior design company committed to delivering outstanding design solutions globally. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who can truly embody our brand and vision bringing it to life in every post and interaction. As the driving force behind our social media presence youll craft engaging content introduce fresh innovative ideas and ensure our brand stays relevant in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
What Youll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own social media strategy for ELE Interiors
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns promotions and awards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social campaigns with broader activities
Content Creation & Production
- Shoot edit and publish reels stories and posts
- Organize photo/video shoots and produce on-brand content
- Collaborate with the HR team for internal events/content
- Work with 3D visualizers for consistent posts on social media
- Manage photoshoot logistics for high-quality results
Community Management
- Engage daily with followers responding to comments DMs and mentions
- Track brand sentiment and manage relationships with external partners
Influencer & Partner Relations
- Collaborate with PR agency to identify influencers and manage partnerships
- Ensure alignment of social campaigns with broader promotional activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing creative and operations teams
- Coordinate with external vendors (photographers influencers)
Ongoing Brand Development
- Regularly update company profile and content reflecting current projects and trends
Requirements
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- 3 years of experience in social media and content creation (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency with editing tools (Canva Photoshop)
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools
Required Skills:
Must have a valid UAE driving license and vehicle to use for work Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer Highly organized Business/entrepreneurial attitude - with Luxury experience is a must Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients design team management and contractors/suppliers Proficient in project management software Excel AutoCAD and Plan Swift
