  • Assist with recruitment: CV screening interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support onboarding and HR documentation
  • Manage recruitment records and employee data
  • Provide admin support and translation when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years HR/Admin experience
  • Fluent in Chinese & English
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
