Our Graduate Development Program is designed to be the next major step in your long-term career journey giving you full-time responsibilities from day one and the opportunity to grow into a future leader within Nexus Solutions.
You will gain broad exposure across our operations; including licensing services compliance support corporate administration project delivery and operational processes with a strong focus on Marketing Strategy and Business Growth. Through this experience youll develop a deep understanding of how we support global digital companies and how to position our services within a competitive international landscape.
What You Will Do
Market and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research on global market trends customer behavior and competitor activities
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging industry patterns
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy development
- Support planning initiatives for new market entries and service expansions
- Assist in building business cases and strategic proposals
Data Analysis
- Analyze marketing campaign and sales performance data
- Provide insights that help optimize communication product adoption and revenue results
- Prepare reports that support data-driven decision making across the company
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Development Operations and Compliance teams
- Support Project Delivery and improvements by communicating customer needs to internal team
- Support documentation and communication related to regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding of digital channels campaigns and data tracking
- Commercial awareness: Ability to identify opportunities and understand business impact
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and quick to adjust to changing priorities
