Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for Mobile Network and Fixed Network domains. The ideal candidate must have solid end-to-end recruitment expertise and hands-on experience sourcing talent both within the UAE and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mobile Network and Fixed Network roles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified telecom professionals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals social platforms internal databases and agencies.
- Conduct technical and competency-based interviews.
- Handle candidate communication salary discussions and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future telecom hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labor Law.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven telecom recruitment experience (Mobile Network Fixed Network Fiber Transmission RF NOC etc.).
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing expertise.
- Good understanding of telecom engineering and field operations roles.
- Proficient in job portals social media recruiting and talent databases.
- Ability to handle multiple roles under tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Telecom recruitment experience is mandatory.
