About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development and construction projects from initial planning and design through construction and hand-over. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements and deliver projects on time within budget and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define scope objectives and deliverables for each project in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans: timelines budgets resources milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional coordination across design engineering procurement construction operations and hand-over teams.
Manage contractors consultants and vendors: issue RFPs/RFQs evaluate bids negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to service/quality standards.
Monitor project progress control costs track schedule performance implement corrective actions and report variances to senior management.

Ensure compliance with local regulations building codes safety/HSE standards and approvals from authorities.
Conduct regular site visits to verify quality inspect workmanship resolve design/construction issues and track punch-lists for completion.
Facilitate hand-over process: site close-out documentation of as-built drawings client hand-over and post-handover support.
Liaise with finance and commercial teams for budgeting forecasting contract variation claims management and profitability control.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives: value engineering process optimisation standardisation of project delivery frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field (Masters or PMP certification preferred).
Minimum 812 years experience in project management of real estate development or construction projects with significant exposure in the UAE/GCC region.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential commercial or mixed-use developments.
Strong commercial acumen: budget control contract management cost / schedule performance.
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project Primavera BIM tools) and MS Office suite.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
