We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support EPC works on prestigious ADNOC projects in Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering execution within the oil & gas or energy sector particularly in UAE-based EPC projects. The role requires site coordination planning vendor management and ensuring compliance with project timelines specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day engineering activities on site

Liaise with clients consultants and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
-
Ensure all work is executed in line with ADNOC standards and HSE regulations
-
Assist in preparing and reviewing project schedules work breakdown structures and resource planning
-
Review technical drawings specifications and project documentation
-
Monitor project progress and report regularly to Project Manager
-
Participate in site inspections QA/QC checks and handover documentation
-
Resolve engineering and technical issues that arise during construction
-
Ensure timely material and resource availability to avoid work delays
Requirements:
-
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering (as per project scope)
-
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in UAE EPC projects (preferably with ADNOC or its subcontractors)

Strong knowledge of construction processes drawings and material specs
-
Familiarity with ADNOC project standards and documentation
-
Good communication and leadership skills
-
Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and project scheduling tools
-
Must be willing to work full-time in Ruwais site

UAE driving license preferred (optional but advantageous)
