Overview:
Orbit ISS is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee safe timely and quality execution of civil works on onshore oil & gas projects. The role involves supervising site activities coordinating subcontractors enforcing HSE standards and supporting schedule and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise execution of earthworks concrete underground and structural works
- Enforce HSE standards and promote strong safety culture at site
- Implement approved method statements ITPs and quality requirements
- Monitor daily progress prepare look-ahead plans and support schedule adherence
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines to resolve site issues
- Manage direct manpower and resources for self-performed works
- Ensure compliance with Construction Execution Plan LGMS and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
- 10 years experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards (ACI ASTM BS/EN)
- Good communication and coordination skills
