This role is primarily responsible for end-to-end solution design enterprise integration and delivery oversight of platforms and initiatives across core business applications and digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with technical depth to ensure seamless scalable and business-aligned integrations across ERP CRM HR Procurement and other enterprise systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and enterprise integration design across ERP CRM HR Procurement and other digital platforms.
- Oversee API-led integration middleware solutions and microservices-based architectures to enable scalable and secure connectivity.
- Define and enforce technical and functional standards for system interoperability data flow and application performance.
- Provide guidance on enterprise tool selection with a strong focus on integration compatibility and sustainability.
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals through cross-functional collaboration (IT Finance HR Procurement and business units).
- Manage delivery roadmaps resource planning vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote DevOps agile delivery and continuous integration/deployment best practices.
- Oversee limited automation strategy using workflow automation and low-code platforms (where relevant).

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Masters degree preferred; certifications in TOGAF Microsoft Azure AWS or Scrum/Agile are a plus.
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in IT including at least 5 years in solution architecture or digital platform leadership roles.
- Proven experience across two or more domains: data analytics automation and web development.
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular) RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath Power Automate) BI platforms (Power BI Tableau).
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration (ERP CRM) DevOps agile methodologies and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and cross-functional leadership.
