HR Recruiter (Female)
Job Type: Full-Time Remote (Must be in the UAE on a Freelance/Family Visa)
Location: Dubai UAE
Responsibilities:
- Source screen and recruit candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles in Engineering Oil & Gas Construction Renewable Energy and IT sectors.
- Conduct interviews assess qualifications and match candidates to client requirements.
- Post job ads manage candidate pipelines and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Handle overseas recruitment including visa processing document verification and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with MOHRE regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with teams to build strong candidate pools and improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration IT or related field.
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience preferably in Oil & Gas Construction Renewable Energy or IT.
- Previous experience with a manpower supply company will be given preference.
- Proven experience in white-collar and blue-collar manpower recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws visa procedures and overseas hiring.
- Excellent English communication; Hindi is a plus.
- Proficient in ATS Tools MS Office Tools Job portals etc.
