ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of designers and draftsmen for delivering full project design packages.
Approve all design submissions ensuring compliance with standards codes and client requirements.
Liaise with consultants contractors and internal project teams for coordination.
Prepare technical submittals calculation reports and fa ade mock-up proposals.
Provide technical support during site execution when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
5 8 years of experience including team management in fa ade design.
Expertise in curtain wall aluminium composite panels unitized systems and spider glazing.
Advanced CAD/Revit skills with strong leadership and project coordination ability.
