About Us:
Malaak is a leading homecare provider delivering high-quality care services in patients homes. We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare operations admin and support roles while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.
What Youll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses caregivers admin staff operations staff etc.).
- Source screen and interview candidates ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
- Assist with onboarding HR documentation and employee records management.
- Support general HR tasks
- Maintain recruitment and HR records reports and dashboards.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Proven recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA MOH HAAD) is a plus.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
