ملخص الوظيفة
Primary Objective
Provide high-quality technical support to Customers Sales and Technical teams contributing to Sikas objective of achieving market leadership. Support the development rollout and maintenance of Sikas product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and product training to Sales Engineers Applicators Contractors and Consultants.
- Perform site visits and prepare clear technical reports; maintain accurate documentation of technical issues actions taken and recommendations using designated systems.
- Plan organize conduct and report on product training programs for Sales Engineers and Applicators.
- Coordinate monitor and report product field testing in alignment with Target Market Managers and Product Engineers.
- Investigate customer complaints and product claims ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical benchmarking on-site testing and coordinate third-party laboratory testing in collaboration with the Technical Head and Product Engineers.
- Provide on-site technical assistance application guidance and training to applicators.
- Plan coordinate and supervise product mock-ups and site sample applications.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager appropriate to the role.
Quality Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Sikas Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Promote and implement safe working practices at all times.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Skills
- Proven hands-on site experience in construction projects with demonstrated ability to work in active site environments under real project conditions.
- Practical experience in the application of construction materials field such as:
- Waterproofing and roofing systems (PVC TPO Bitumen Polyurea)
- Building finishing systems (tile adhesives tile grouts paints)
- Industrial flooring systems (epoxy and PU resin based cementitious)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); CAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work on construction sites including exposure to demanding site conditions and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Building Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
