We are currently looking for a Business Consultant with strong experience in AMER Tasheel and DED processes to join our team in Dubai.

Location: Dubai UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE government service centers
Industry: Business Setup / PRO Services / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end company formation licensing and renewal processes via AMER Tasheel DED and other UAE government portals
Guide clients on documentation and procedures for visas trade licenses and regulatory requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clients
Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth processing

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with AMER Tasheel DED
Strong knowledge of UAE business setup and visa processing
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proactive detail-oriented and professional
