Were seeking experienced and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join a dynamic high-energy team delivering exceptional classes under a modern community-focused concept. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premium well-established fitness environment known for its vibrant culture professional standards and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach engaging 4550 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format.

- Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing strong communication and motivational energy.

- Maintain studio presentation standards punctuality cleanliness and professionalism are essential.

- Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention.

- Participate in workshops events and team initiatives that support continuous development and brand growth.

What Were Looking For

- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body STOTT Polestar BASI or equivalent)

- Minimum 1 year experience of instructing Group Reformer Pilates small-group training and private Pilates sessions

- Energetic polished and professional personality with strong communication skills

- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

- Passionate about results movement and fostering community connection

- Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards
