What will you do
In this role you will be responsible for leading the local Post Sales Engineering team within the MEA region ensuring that all activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality technical solutions that comply with relevant standards legal regulations and the specific expectations of our customers. You will provide ongoing coaching and guidance to your team cultivating a collaborative and motivating work environment that supports both individual growth and collective success. Additionally you will oversee the effective management of resources and ensure timely efficient delivery of engineering outputs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
How you will do it
- Provide clear direction through tools processes and defined responsibilities
- Coordinate with pre-sales operations and customers
- Solve technical challenges allocate resources monitor progress and risks
- Organize team meetings and individual coaching sessions
- Approve or delegate complex designs
- Engage external engineering teams when needed

Required:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Safety Certificate for Contractors (or willingness to complete training)
- Impeccable conduct and willingness to cooperate in safety investigations
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Experience leading technical teams in an international environment
- Familiarity with standardization tools and engineering methodologies
- Competencies: prioritization negotiation stress resilience customer focus teamwork flexibility
