The Assistant Project Lead supports the Project Lead in planning executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating team efforts maintaining project documentation tracking progress and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure task completion

Monitor project milestones deliverables and overall progress

Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and presentations

Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Track project budgets and support cost control efforts

Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational procedures

Facilitate team meetings take meeting notes and follow up on action items

Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary

Support the Project Lead in managing client relationships and expectations
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field
-
24 years of experience in project coordination or a related support role
-
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.)
-
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana Jira Trello)
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Attributes:

Project Management Certification (CAPM PMP or similar) is a plus
-
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
