ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a Supervisor Vendor to join our local shops team and be part of our
growth. He/She would be leading a team of vendor coordinators ensuring best in class
operational and CX KPIs - inventory accuracy assortment availability order preparation time
customer complaints etc. across grocery pharmacy and health & beauty verticals. If youre a

Qualifications :
Whats On Our Plate
- Ensure best in class operational and CX metrics for assigned vendors by continuously tracking performance and working closely with account managers and chains to drive continuous improvement.
- Automate inventory processes reports and dashboards (Looker Tableau)
- Drive inventory integration - SFTP assortment APIs etc. acting as a bridge between vendors and talabat technical teams.
- Improve inventory accuracy and reduce out of stock by creating tailored vendor specific SOPs and working closely with the on-ground operations team.
- Improve order preparation times by ensuring sufficient picker headcount -drive overall 3-6 months manpower planning with the vendors and also event specific (Ramadan Back to School etc.) ad hoc planning.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team effectively. Continuously track and manage teams performance to ensure it is consistent with objectives and agreed timelines.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance meetings with vendors agree on next improvement steps and drive it taking full ownership of process.
Additional Information :
What Did We Order
- Bachelors degree in any related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a team leader
- Strong data analytics reporting and automation skills
- Strong problem solving and people management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
