Key Responsibilities:
- Design effective training modules and deliver for front-line retail staff including pharmacists and customer service executives.
- Conduct induction programs for new hires covering company values SOPs retail processes and customer service standards.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions on soft skills behavioral competencies and conflict resolution.
- Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling upselling techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across multiple locations adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and on-the-job performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends in pharma retail and recommend enhancements to training content accordingly.
- Partner with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure staff adheres to healthcare and retail regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.
- At least 46 years of experience in a training role preferably in retail FMCG background.
Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.
