ROLE PROFILE:
Project manager is responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring the delivery of AI initiatives across multiple use cases within the Innovation Hub managing dependencies risks and resources to ensure projects delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and manage AI projects timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams resolving delivery risks and interdependencies proactively
Track progress through detailed plans and RAID logs driving issue resolution and change control processes
Ensure compliance with internal governance data and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders ensuring clear visibility of status blockers and KPIs
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and supporting scalability of execution frameworks
Qualifications :
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION:
10 years of project management experience preferably in AI data or tech programs within financial services
Strong track record delivering complex cross-functional projects in agile hybrid or waterfall environments
Experience developing and managing project plans and preparing steering committee reporting for executive stakeholders
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to coordinate across data science engineering and business teams
Excellent planning facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Educational qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Business or another relevant field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) are preferred
