- Manage end-to-end fixed business sales processes at the executive level.
- Develop and execute weekly plans to achieve monthly product-level sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of all sales activities leads and conversions using Excel and MIS reports.
- Visit building/real estate management to build and maintain relationships for potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (field technicians du backend fiber team etc.) for seamless installation and service activation.
- Verify and update customer information prior to service activation or installation.
- Follow up with du back office for FNL (Final Notification Letter) and In-zone activations via calls/emails.
- Maintain communication with AMs backend teams and management on sales statuses and escalations.
- Maintain daily MIS reports in sync with du reports; update and escalate pending activations.
- Communicate regularly with management using updated MIS reports including details on activations rejections and pending cases.
- Monitor SIM serial reports manually submit in-zone sales when required and troubleshoot tablet/submission issues.
- Maintain monthly sales data and generate commission-wise payment sheets for agents.
