المجال التجاري:

• جذب عملاء جدد وتحديد العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى صفقات
  

• العمل عن كثب مع فرق المحتوى الداخلية وعملاء Lovin Saudi لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال
  

• التفاوض على صفقات البيع وتكاليفها
  

• بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد ومربحة
  

• إدارة اجتماعات المبيعات
  

• التأكد من أن جميع المتابعات والتنفيذات تتم وفق أعلى المعايير
  

• إعداد تقارير دورية و رؤى متعمقة حول المبيعات
  

• فهم شامل لأدوات التحليل والقياس لإثبات العائد على الاستثمار المعلنين والرعاة
  

• إعداد عروض تقديمية ومستندات العروض حسب الحاجة
  

المجال المالي:

• دعم مدير الحسابات / المحرر في إدارة ميزانيات الإعلانات على وسائل التواصل
  

• تقديم عروض تدعم زيادة الميزانيات
  

• المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات للشركة
  

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن الميزانيات لمدير الدولة
  

• 
  

• Identify and attract new business opportunities to grow the Smashi client portfolio
  

• Develop creative proposals and respond to client briefs with compelling ideas
  

• Negotiate deals and manage pricing and contract terms
  

• Build and maintain long-lasting profitable client relationships
  

• Collaborate closely with in-house content teams and clients to ensure campaign delivery
  

• Lead and manage sales meetings follow-ups and execution of deliverables
  

• Generate and present pitch documents and campaign proposals
  

• Report regularly on sales performance insights and client feedback
  

• Leverage data and analytics tools to showcase ROI to sponsors and advertisers
  

Finance

• Support account managers in managing and optimizing social advertising budgets
  

• Deliver proposals that support increased client spend
  

• Contribute to company revenue targets by driving commercial performance
  

• Provide regular budget and financial updates to the Country Manager
  

Requirements

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المبيعات ضمن قطاع الإعلام (تقبل أيضا فترات التدريب أو العمل الجزئي)
  

• خبرة في وكالات الإعلان أو شركات الإعلام أو الإعلانات
  

• الإبداع والقدرة على تقديم أفكار قوية استجابة لموجزات العملاء
  

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتوليد العملاء المحتملين
  

• الراحة في العمل ضمن أهداف شهرية/ربع سنوية
  

• مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات وعرض الأفكار وإدارة الوقت ممتازة
  

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة شبيهة بالشركات الناشئة
  

• القدرة على تنظيم الفعاليات والترويج للعلامة التجارية
  

• القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد غالبا في مهل قصيرة
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role within media advertising or a related field (internships or part-time experience are acceptable)
  

• Experience working with media agencies or advertising companies
  

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate strong strategic ideas for client briefs
  

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation
  

• Comfortable working to monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

• Strong organizational time management and presentation skills
  

• Ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-paced environment
  

• Event activation and campaign coordination experience is a plus
  

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
