The ideal Project Manager will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams develop scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues. Your leadership will motivate team members and drive successful outcomes contributing to the overall success of our Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in project management.
Positive collaborative and solution-oriented with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Based in Abu Dhabi UAE with willingness to travel on a mission basis.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Effective time management and estimation technical skills.
Advanced capabilities in capturing requirements making recommendations and optimizing implementations to align with business goals.
Demonstrated experience with tools methodologies budget management reporting staffing client relationship management and project scoping.
Strong team management skills.
Self-confidence ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Proficient in task assignment delegation deadline setting and leading by example.
Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Certification is preferred.

Define project objectives and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle ensuring adherence to targeted costs timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate across teams to align projects with business objectives and compliance standards.
Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals including data models user interfaces and integrations.
Ensure the team utilizes project management software and tools effectively for tracking and managing projects.
Plan allocate tasks and execute projects efficiently.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases features and best practices.
